Music is coming to Xbox Live
Last.fm is offering a radio station with instant access to millions of songs straight from your Xbox 360. You will be able to play the tunes right in your living room with your awesome television speakers. This will be available to Xbox 360 Gold Members for no additional charge
Look for this on Xbox Live later in 2009!
Updates to Netflix
No longer do you have to browse and create queues from your computer. You can create them directly from your Xbox 360!
Instant Access to Televison & Movies
Sky TV is coming to Xbox Live. Those in England and Ireland can now instantly watch movies & Live TV directly through Xbox Live.
Xbox 360 In Demand download of games and movies has improved thanks to Zoom Video. This service will be re-released in Fall 2009. Microsoft has listened to your In Demand complaints and improved the service by:
-Better Visual Quality – Going HD with Higher quality 1080p
-Faster Access – WatchMovies/TV Instantly with No Discs/Downloads
-More Access – Microsoft is doubling the number of countries the Video Store is accessible. It’s will soon be available in 18 countries.
Xbox Live – Live Party lets you enjoy movies and television with friends. You can go into a Live Party room and watch television and movies with your Xbox Live friends even if your friends aren’t in the room with you.
Xbox Live Gets Social Media on It’s Side
Facebook through Xbox 360 – It was only a matter of time before social media hit the gaming world. Through this:
-See and message all your FB friends
-See your Xbox Live & FB friends together – You can have the ability to link up friends who already have Xbox Live and/or FB
-Look at your/your friend’s photos
-Access and post status updates
-Facebook Connect capture great moments in your game and shares them in your FB streams
