Transformers: War for Cybertron Launch Trailer

I just received my review copy of Transformers: War for Cybertron today. It arrived just in time for the release of the Launch Trailer. Stay tuned for my review of the game here on Gamerrazzi sometime soon. In the meantime, you can check out the Transformers: War for Cybertron Launch Trailer below:

The game is a third person shooter that features extensive multiplayer options. This is a prequel to the cartoon, movies, and other Transformers games. It takes place before the Transformers come to Earth, during the wars on Cybertron that led to the destruction of the planet. While the Transformers games that followed the Bay movies were okay, they were games based on movies. Those kinds of games always seem to have something intrinsically wrong with them. From the previews, it looks as though Activision has finally gotten it right with Transformers: War for Cybertron.

Transformers: War for Cybertron is available for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC. The game was released by Activision on June 22, 2010.
